1. Support local sales for trouble-shooting when customers meet problems using MCS products: coolant/cleaner/equipment 当客户使用MCS的冷却液/切削液/设备，碰到问题时，帮助当地销售解决相关问题。

2. Educate customers for better coolant management 告知客户更好地管理冷却液

3. Lead NPCP phase 3 field **** for new product/localized product 对新产品和本地化的产品进行第三阶段的NPCP的外场测试。

4. Project leader/coordinator for special projects such as: dermatitis/TC additives control/others
担任一个项目的负责人或者是TC添加控制或者其他特殊项目的协调者。
5. Routine visit key clients 例行拜访重要客户

6. Participate on local/regional/countrywide customer conversion of MCS products as needed 根据需要参加当地/区域/全国客户转换MCS的产品
7. Other jobs assigned by team leaders 其他领导安排的工作
8. Requires a technical education’s Degree, at least 2- year experience in metal working industry. Experience with metal working fluid and/or cutting tools and/or machine operation is preferred. Frequent travel is necessary. 大专或大专以上学历。在金属加工液有至少两年的工作经验。拥有金属加工液/刀具/机械方面工作经验者更加。此岗位需要经常性出差
